1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@vietcraft.art. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

• Defective or Wrong Items: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, VietCraft will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
• Customer Remorse: If you change your mind or no longer want the product, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
